CANCELLATION AGREEMENT

Cancellation Agreement (“Agreement”).

At the time of Booking, I agreed to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) sent to me by my Travel Agent, Dream Travel Team

Capitalized words not defined in this Agreement have meanings as set out in the Terms.

PENALTIES

I understand that amounts paid toward any cancelled Booking may be NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION FEE 

I agree to pay all fees set forth by Suppliers for each cancelled Booking. The Cancellation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE amounts I have paid toward the cancelled Booking. 

AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Suppliers to charge the Cancellation Fee to my credit or debit card.

NOTIFICATION 

I agree to provide written notification of any cancelled Booking to all other Travelers on that Booking. 

RELEASE AND WAIVER 

I release Agency from all further obligations and liability, and I waive all rights to pursue any claim against Agency, regarding any cancelled Booking.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements between Agency and me regarding its subject matter, written or oral, express or implied.
